Imagine Derek seeing Stiles for the first time since he got back - whether it’s at the loft or at Scott’s house or someplace else - and their eyes lock and Derek freezes and everyone looks at him in question and he just stares at Stiles who either is or pretends to be as confused as the rest of them and goes,
